Personal Assistant

We’re looking for a dynamic, organised, and proactive PA to support the Founder of Roxy Wraps across both creative and operational realms. This is a unique opportunity to step into a beautifully varied role at the heart of a growing brand, working closely with the Founder on everything from content to logistics. We’re currently working on some incredibly exciting events and inspiring partnerships in the luxury sector, and we’re looking for someone who’s as excited about the details as they are about the big picture.
You’ll be deeply involved in helping shape our digital presence , assisting with the filming and editing of Reels and stories for Instagram, updating the website and product listings, and creating stylish, on-brand visuals using Canva. You’ll also be tracking the progress of ongoing projects, keeping timelines moving, and managing communication with collaborators. Alongside this, you’ll help the Founder stay focused and organised, from prepping for shoots and events to supporting the execution of brand campaigns and gifting launches.
A love for aesthetics, storytelling, and digital tools is key. Canva skills are a must; bonus if you're familiar with Squarespace and Mailchimp.
